What measures do you suggest for overall development of children?

Let them mix with children about their age, try to give them as much time as possible, admit them to some art work apart from studies like drawing class, put them in coaching schools of cricket, martial arts, singing, dancing etc. so that they can do this things in the week ends and be with them whenever they need you for help and support.....

I suggest Health, Fitness, exercise, Prayer are important for overall development of children.

Allow them to play outside at least for an hour for their physical health.Never allow them to sit before TV or computer for playing games.

Just allow them to do what they want but we have to guide them to do a right thing......

Ovetrall development means building good physique, intelligence and character. Children should be encouraged for outdoor games and exercise, good reading, moving in good society and values of courtious behaviour need be encouraged. The elders have to prove themselves as ideal for their children. For example, if a father uses abusive language and smokes, children will learn the same.

brain development development is also required for the complete progress of child.
