I am not 100 % confident but the single word for - 'Never Give Up' might be 'Persevere'.

Persevere means > to try / make efforts to reach a particular goal. So you can use it as :

" Try your best and persevere to get positive results".
or
" With perseverance you can reach greater heights".

Hope it helps. Thanks.
Never give up means that work till you achieve. So nearest single word should be ACHIEVER

right.
I think anusha is almost close.
But gulshan, achiever means one who achieves. Never give up is ideologically similar to achiever , but not so correct in all respect.

Any way it can also be used.

I have said that 'Achiever' is the nearest correct single word substitute. This is not exact but nearest. I think other word may be 'untiring'. But this is also not so exact.

Actually in Dragon Ball z the character name "GOKU" use the words "NEVER GIVE UP" and "DON'T GIVE UP". when he pronounces those words which make me more strong. When ever am down i use to utter this words in mind and heart often.
Can the word 'determination' be used as the word has the strong meaning for trying?

Determination is the strong will to accomplish. So the individual who has such determination will be called DETERMINED. This word may be correctly used for one who has strong will to finish his aim at any cost.

"never give up" is a phrase and rather an incomplete sentence. I think a phrase cannot have an equivalent single word.
Yet this a very good thread and many more such threads should be posted rather than having 'chat' on the forum.
