In a big development, the CBI has filed the closure report in sensational and mysterious Arushi murder case. The probe agency failed to crack the case despite all its efforts.

The 14-year-old Arushi Talwar and her servant Hemraj were found murdered at Arushi's Noida residence on May 15, 2008. Arushi's parents Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar were present inside the house, but expressed ignorance over the murder.
After a faulty probe by the UPA ATS, the CBI took over the investigation, but failed to find any evidence. All evidences were badly handled by the old investigation team, which damaged the case beyond repair.

Despite nailing servants Rajkumar, Krishna and Vijay Mandal, the CBI did not find any evidences against them. The CBI also arrested Arushi's father Dr. Rajesh Talwar, but had to release him for lack of proof. All the accused went through brain mapping and narco analysis tests, but in vain.
The CBI could only recover Arushi's lost mobile phone in a remote village in Bulandshahar, but that did not help the probe. Finally, the CBI gave in and decided to end the probe. Arushi's murder will remain a mystery forever.

Yes I feel that the evidence are not utilized correctly and many were suspected which is of no use..It is really a pathetic situation that even CBI couldnt find the culprit.. :(

Aarushi’s murder mystery is not the only case where the country’s premier agency, CBI, failed. There are other instances too.

It is very clear that someone has killed Aarushi in a brutal way... But it's surprising that CBI closes the case for the lack of evidence... :(

There are allegations and counter allegations. The C.B.I. closed case for want of strong evidence though the culprits are known. The parents of the murdered girl have resented the accusation by C.B.I. The Union Law minister intervened in view of pressure from Women and child bodies. The C.B.I. has agreed to reopen the case. This is another instance where investigative agencies and the police have completely made a hash of things! What Closure! Her soul would never rest in peace until and unless the brutes are meted the strictest of punishments!
Sometimes it is difficult to expose the truth, because of the circumstances and situations of the case.
