Six people died as freezing temperatures and chilly winds swept through north India on Sunday.

The poor homeless need protection from chilly weather. The authorities at Agra have arranged tented shelters and fire places on road side for the poor homeless. More such arrangements are necessary. The NGOs need to give helping hand.
