Nobody tolerates the terrorists. But all do not have same role. Primarily the intelligence agencies and police forces are responsible. The people can cooperate by not panicking, reporting any unusual happenings or spotting of suspicious persons. The other directions for safety as publicised by security authorities should be followed.
