    Both have advantages and disadvantages...

    For large space, privacy and to stay independent without anyone interference I think independent house is best one..

    If you like to associate with people apartment is good with some customizable features.. :)

    It actually depends upon one's preference, Meean. WHile an independent house is ideal where you can have lots of privacy and space around you to have a garden or do whatever you wish, in a flat system, you have more security than in an independent house.

    As per my point of view flat is best to buy. its quality better than independent house and your social life will be better.
