Vegetable and food prices are soaring. Not likely to come down.. So, let us discuss some ways on how to make full use of vegetables.

Cucumber seeds can be preserved, powdered and used in curries and sambars..

And skin of asparagus tips can be peeled out & the inside part used in curries.
The stalks of leafy vegetables such as spinach, coriander, sorrel etc. get discarded. Instead these can be washed anc cleaned and used in mixed vegetables soup!!

Use radish for stuffing, it is very healthy.
Like coriander leaves, curry leaves can also be powdered for later use/or cut into small pieces while adding to food items, as we tend to throw them away.
