The brutality by the Maoists is highly condemnable as gross violation of human rights. In this connection, I am reminded of inhuman treatment of Maoist dead bodies by security forces. The security forces claimed that they maltreated dead bodies including ladies for creating terror among Maoists. I wonder if Maoists also feel that they have practised brutality to terrorize the security forces. For the cause of human values, all should maintain decency. even the military operations require some regard to human values.
