My blood pressure varies a lot. Some doctors wrap the blood pressure cuff firmly around my arm, and others do it loosely. Does it make any difference?

It depends on what the doctor is expecting and what he wanted to measure. So better you confirm it with your doctor itself as it varies from one physician to the other.

actually the blood pressure cuff has to be kept little tight around the arm so that it can be measured properly and the cuff does not shake
