When we talk of delayed justice in India,the scenario looks no less daunting at the international level.The Internation Criminal Court (ICC) which came into being some 12 years back and the first war-crimes tribunal has yet to secure its first conviction :P

Chinmoy. What is the pendancy with the International Court. We are not so much affected by the International court. Our people are more affected by pendancy in our court especially at lower level.
