Al Qaeda threat to FIFA World Cup 2010

Al Qaeda leader Aiman Savahiri had put a threat to FIFA World Cup 2010 to be held in South Africa from June 11 onwards.Security measures are tightened hence.

    Al Qaeda was focusing mainly on India and US. Now it seems it has turned its attention to South Africa also. Hope FIFA world cup gets past this threat.

    They wont do any thing there. Just issuing a threat itself caused this much havoc, then if some thing actually happens what the south african govt would do. ?
