I think at present lot of good player who can lead team in good direction. Players are like Gautam Gambhir, Sehvag and still Raina has this capability.

Yes Raina is in the race of captaincy. I think Gautam Gambhir is better option than Dhoni because captain should be cool like Dhoni. Dhoni is Cool aggressive man .

after the fashion of his hair changed he changed his attitude also. I think it is right to rest him for two or three internationals as a punishment then take him back. This was done many times in the past even with suchin, ganguly etc...

I think there is no one capable for that post. We should see the performance of Raina in Zimbabwe.

And Kohli lead the world cup under 19. We got cup at that time. May be he has enough capability to lead the team.
