Where is the Blog Contest?

Some days ago we had discussed about starting a Blog competition.

Members will write there experience as Testimonials and also with payment proof on blognagar but why it has not yet started?

I think it retrieved as there was a problem in creating blogs in blognagar.I tried it and failed.So I created one in blogger.com again for a contest entry.

There is an issue exist in the sofeware. Since the code is bit complex, it is taking some time.
