Hard work is always necessary to achieve success .Your intelligence may fail you, but never your hard work.

Any sort of work or hard work requires intelligent  planning for it to carry through and succeed . Working like a donkey may not always help unless it is well planned and executed

Foreseeing the possible hurdles , and the alternatives to overcome the hurdles are necessary before starting any kind of work. It is only then Hard working gives good results.

Well planned, sort out and efficiently executed hardwork brings result. Working without a strategy does not bear any result, no matter how much time and effort you put in.

We have a peon in our school who is perpetually working, sweeping the yard etc but he never thinks enough because there is no need to do that because there is no dirt as such , instead he can make himself available and useful for other needed jobs where he is absent most of the time and when asked he points towards the yard..

Yes any task to be completed successfully needs lots of hard work, but before starting well planning and right direction to be set, only then hard work results. If work is done without planning or direction, it will not result as expected, weather if you have applied hard work on it. So in order to get results, planning is must, then hard work. 

There's only one path which can take ones into the path of success and that is hard work, if you work hard then it is pretty sure that it will pay you one day.

Definitely, hard work does pay off a big deal if we work persistently and on a regular basis. Planning and organizing time and efforts gives us a sense of right direction towards our goals.

i feel the days of hard work are gone. Today everything needs to be smart and quick to achieve the best results. Does not mean that one should not work hard. but we need to be smart when doing hard.
