Meditation has many benefits, it open doors to new of new horizons of imagination and perception. It is also helps in knowing thyself and knowing more about ourselves in depth.

A regular Meditation Practice helps to open creative doorways in the Brain, Problem solving skills get more creative and new ideas enter the mind more freely. Steve Jobs was so successful in coming up with new and innovative ideas for Apple due to regular Meditation practices

 

Steve Jobs was following Zen Buddhism because he was extremely disturbed. As a teenager and left home . He landed up in India and was influenced by Buddhism. But he never practiced enough , however it did calm him down and become focused. He was already a brilliant person and the dedicated attitude he developed helped him .

Meditation over something helps you to deepen your perspective and surely works as magic to know your inner self. Knowing oneself helps you to move ahead with well thought plans and actions. Clarity and precision of action is also achieved through deep meditation

Knowing yourself is of utmost importance to achieve happiness and reach your goals. For this, do Meditation, be a kid again, avoid Negatives,and follow your passion.

Long ago, ancient India philosophers dug deep in to the human psyche discovering there something there beyond the personality, something beyond the ego. That discovery was the Self.

 

Totally contradictory views.. however, as individuals we need to analyse ourselves regularly and meditation itself has many different realms . So each individual shd choose what best suits him or her individual needs rather than go by the book .

Nearly all kinds of Meditation fit in to a category of Concentration, open monitoring or effortless awareness. Practitioner of Meditation have to choose a type of Meditation that suits him.

yes, Meditation is not enough to cure any disease, it will be effective if one takes a proper diet plan for his/her day to day life.
