Irregular sleeping patterns were always considered as a health hazard. Anyhow, the team that conducted the study says, further investigations are needed to confirm positively that night shifts which cause irregular sleep patterns have a definite link with cancer.

For a good health we should sleep at night and complete our tasks during daytime. Irregular sleeping disturbs our body's clock system. Our body also has some alarm system. Consider, if you have not habit of waking up at 5 a.m. and you try to wake up by setting clock alarm for 3 -4 days, then after 3 - 4 days you would not need any alarm to wake up at 5 a.m. You will automatically wake up at time.

True. I am a regular early riser. I don't need an alarm clock. I have customized my Body clock in such a way that my sleeping patterns are in my control. And my whole day passes without any signs of weakness or drowsiness.
