Most of the times such anxious people are mistaken as Pessimists. It's not true. They do not know how to express the reasons for their anxiety. We should not get vexed with such people. We should be sympathetic and compassionate. We should step in to their shoes and try to console them And help them getting out of their dreary conditions.
Yes, it is true that some people are always threatened by some unknown fear, if something goes wrong for once, they get worried about it and in this anxiety they create a tense atmosphere for others too. I think we should first try to calm them and then give them reassurance that not every time and not everything can go wrong always.

Understanding anxious people is the need of the hour and to stepping in to their shoes and by being sympathetic is all the the anxious people need.
They do no know how to express their feelings with others in anxiety. If others understand their feelings and share time with them they can also easily tackle the situation and never get much anxious.
They need compassion . For this others should step in to shoes of the anxious people.
If it is a continuous habit then help of a trained psychologist should be taken for a permanent cure. Meantime those around should behave normally andnot be patronizing.

If the person fails to pay heed to your good intentions in real perspective , who's the loser?
Counselling by a professional and support of family members can help anxious people. However, some people are born anxious and continue to remain so even with all efforts taken.
