When people heard about share market, many perception comes in to mind.
Some think it is a money making market, some think it is a hell place where you just loose your money, some take it as their profession either part time or full time to make some money.
What is your opinion and what is you thinking about the investment in share trading?
One should be alert and keep a keen watch on the quick changing market trends. It's not all, one should watch the political scenario around. For example today's Rail Budget led the share market collapse. Basing on these factors, one should speculate, which shares are profitable, which are not.
Any person who wants to make money, should possess the above traits. Otherwise, it's wise to keep away from shares and share market.

Share market is an exciting place for those who have the discipline and self control for making money with clever manipulation of data and trends. They will also lose. money sometimes but overall they end up making money. It is not for ill informed persons.

A seasoned investor like Warren Buffett and one of the richest in the world too fumbled in the share market because of wrong reading of the quick changing trends in the market. It's a volatile arena and it's almost a gambling.

It is a legal gambling, and one has to keep a close eye on trends of development.

Trading and investment are two different things in share markets.Day trading or weekly trading can be risky since you need to either take delivery or give delivery within the stipulated period of time no matter what the price is or else be prepared to take the losses , of course everyone wd be happy with the profits ! However investment is fairly risk free since you buy shares of good companies when there is a dip in the market and keep adding on when there is a dip thereby bringing down your average price and seel when the prices go up. To me this seems to be the best investment ever provided you stay invested and keep a close watch on market trends ...
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Investment differs from trading and speculation both. Investment is for getting dividend, bonus shares and capital appreciation over long period. You need to pick quality shares based on fundamentals like Earning per share, Price to Earning ratio, growh record. Price to Earning ratio indicates whether a share is over priced or under priced. Although investment should be on long term basis, when you feel that EPS is showing lower or negatrive growth and P.E. ratio is higher than usual, you may sell the share.
