By the way, I have heard that on wordpress we can't use those ads unless we are hosting wordpress blog on separate hosting. I hope you are doing the same.

I too haven't heard about Adesne widget. However, WP sites can have Adsense.
In Blogger I know how to use HTML, but I am new to WP. So have no idea.

Yes... You can make changes in the same blog and make it better and can apply for the same again. No problem. ;) But it should follow all the terms of Google.
