    It is useful to prevent depression
    To cure insomnia
    Absorption of Vitamin D
    Skin irritations such as acne, rashes, eczema, and athlete’s foot can be cured by sun exposure.

    Sasikant, agreed that not many answer a question in the Q&A section, but this is a question for which you can get several answers on google search, also you need to decide whether you want a discussion on it or only an answer. So please do not ask repeat questions in both sections, especially when you can get answers easily!
