Well i think you need to make mistake to correct it... and even you can correct mistake of someone else also rather than making your own... so until you won't fail you won't succeed and thats my logic....

First of all the person should know that what he has committed is a mistake. Only then he can correct the mistake. But most of the people do not agree that they committed a mistake..

And I would like to add that most of the people who do not agree that they have committed a mistake do it knowing fully well.
