I am always confused about my kid's snacks.

He ate 1 chapati and One glass of milk in his breakfast. It is enough for he?

He like cheese very much, He ate at least 1 cheese slice in a day.
He likes all fruits.

Chips,fries and all kinds of junk food is what most children seem to snack on these days...Unless parents are careful, this continues to be habit even when they are grown up, I see parents buying dozens of packets of crisps and give just biscuits or bread and jam for lunch...

Noodles by itself is not unhealthy since it is the staple diet of Chinese, Thai and many other far eastern people. When noodles are made with lots of vegetables ,meat, shrimps ,cheese and other healthy food stuff it becomes a very nutritious diet for children

I too love salads with anything in it fruits,vegetables,sprouts...and of course tender coconut water and seasonal fruits...can eat any amount at any time of the day :)
