    Hi vedvyas welcome :) There have been so many rumors in the past about facebook and other sites too.I too have read about it and dont know how to react to that , here is a link that provides some information on the subject ..

    There were many rumors as Mark Zuckerberg made some statements saying that it was getting difficult for him to manage the site. Let us wait for 15th then and see what happens.

    I think if it will close then it will come again with new changes and restriction with post and videos etc to manage size factor.

    I think facebook will be closed and a new site will be opened for the users. Till then people will concentrate more on work rather than chatting.

    Nothing like this going to happen.. They are just rumours. Facebook is a stock now.. Although not a big one but it is of great value to many... Its is big business now rather than a social network... No one can take it down so easily.. And managing size is the least thing u'll hear...

    I don't think FB cab be closed at the time when it is so popular all over the world. No doubt its difficult to manage it because of infinite members there but to think to close it is not a solution when it is making lots of money for the site owner. Hope these are rumors only. :blink:
