Judicial overreach , not judicial outreach- Bombay High court

Judicial overreach is judicial activism and against the principle of division of functions between executive and judiciary. But judicial outreach is genuine right of people to seek justice.

This has been highlighted in a function by Bombay High court.

This is welcome. everyone should clearly recognize limitation and noit interfere with others' function.

Both the terms are different in meaning. These terms should be very well known to us.Moreover limitations are necessary for us to learn. Thanks for the above link.
