Hey dude, of all things why train your guns at the nerves of this poor man? If Ceem's nervousness adds to the nervous strength of Santosh Kumar Singh, the more the better for boddunan!!!!!!!
Good Reply..Ceem

Hi Kumaresh!

Thanks a lot for your warm words of praise and this keeps me going. At the moment I am preoccupied with some more pressing issues and I am not able to devote as much time as I want to.I'll be back once the situation eases up a little.Thank you once again!
Hi Ceem

I think this is the time when new active members are comming like sunny singh and other but old active member are deactivating himself so if both will active then we will grow more fast only that is my view so be active all the time.

Hi Santosh!

I agree and note with great pleasure some new and young are playing their role very well and about msyself I can emphatically say that I want to remain active as ever but some other professional commitments are coming in the way at the moment. Both the old and new members should be participating with equal energy and vigour to make boddunan experience a successful and exhilarating one. Thanks for remembering me this way!
I also was seeing some singhs (!!!) in award lists where only ceeem was the monopoly. When new comers emerge give them the way may be Ceeem's policy.

You are correct to a great extent. When new members take great interest and involve themselves actively it is all for our collective benefit.I remember when I joined this site there was not a platinum member and a platinum boarder at that time and I wondered when the scope of garnering points was there why it was so.And in the following months both of us achieved that respective goals. If these modest success inspires new members there is nothing like it and the site and its members benefit as a whole.Senior members can and should always play the role of a catalyst.

But I think I have acted as a negative catalyst for most time !!!
