I think its good to brush teeth after eating something and give a break to teeth for at least 4~5 hours  so that the tooth paste could work on the germs in that time span.Am i right? :)

Every tooth has its age like every other parts and teeth being bones are bound to have an expiry time. This is up to you how you handle them.

Oh yes everything has an a life but we are talking about the things which gets damaged before its prescribed life. :woohoo:
In case one has already brushed his teeth in the morning itself there is no use brushing after tea.
That's right we cannot brush our teeth every time when we eat anything. :woohoo:
Not especially just before taking morning tea and then after drinking tea.
Why only after drinking tea?

And that's too only in the morning?

So i should keep a toothpaste and brush with me to the office as i do take 4~5 cups in office too.
Brushing at night is good for teeth. It works for whole night.

But brushing so many times in a day can make the gums weak as dentists also advise to brush the teeth only 2 times a day.

Just do it once in a day and that too in night is the best time to do it. :)

I wont agree with you sanjeev:)

Its always good to take tea after brushing and also brushing 2 times a day. Morning and night. :)
No. it is not harmful for the teeth. But you may not like its taste because it is salty and weird. But it really helps to whiten the teeth.
Without brushing the teeth in the morning, how come one can feel fresh?
Don't agree with you. 2 times a day is ok.
Yeah its smell is not good at all, but the results are just fabulous. You only need to have patience. Just use it continuously for one month with your paste. You can also add few drops of hydrogen peroxide to it. Due to peroxide, the teeth can become shining white but your gums may turn whiter for few hours after using peroxide and then get normal till afternoon, if you use it in the morning. Its a good and cheap remedy.
