Is helmet on 2 wheeler to get rid of traffic police?

People feel that helmet is for getting rid of traffic police. but it is for their safety. our government should council people by telling the benefits of helmet and how the people are saved due to wearing helmet and how people lost their life due to not wearing helmet.

I already written an article on helmet. Let me share over here, at least boddunan people will know and get motivated to use helmet compulsorily.

Helmet is definitely for security but this is inconvenient to wear if you are not in habit of wearing this. Hence, many avoid wearing this. So, people have to be compelled by police to wear the helmet.

Best swimmer can die while he is in water due to drowning. Thus when you are driving, may be you are best driver, you should take precautions. Bikes are much more dangerous than cars or heavy vehicles. Bikers should wear helmets for their safety. Helmets protect your skull and brain from getting badly injured during sudden accidents.

Even I was thinking the same when that rule got strict here. In starting I was feeling very uncomfortable during driving with the helmat.. I was thinking that this can increase the chances of accident instead of safety.. So I was just wearing it to avoid those traffic police..

But now I am used to of it, and feeling no uncomfortable. And yes I understand that it is for the safety..

But I don't think policeman thinks like that, they are just waiting for the two wheeler without helmet and go for cash.

We should wear helmet all time while driving two wheeler.
one more thing we should avoid Mobile also as many have lost their lives due to this.

i remember a joke saying-
the best way to make people aware of wearing helmet is: ganesh ji driving scooter and wearing yhelmet and saying that no one will get an another chance like me to get the head replaced if broken, so do your protection by your own.. :)

I have seen people they think helmet a way to get rid of traffic police :evil: they don't understand that it is essential to wear it when they are on road. :whistle: Why they don't understand it that safety is first thing they should keep in mind when they drive. :evil:

Yes most of the traffic police people are in that sort and they always try to take bribe from the people who break the rules. :evil:

Please correct the grammatical mistake in heading. 'Is' used before 'to get rid' is superfluous. 'Is' in beginning suffices.

Penalty does not discourage people as they are rich enough. The best remedy is to seize the driving licence and vehicle for certain period.

I think they have modified the rule or planning to modify it. :unsure:

Now i think it is like if the person is caught for jumping red light his license number is fed in the database and when next time if the same person is caught jumping red light then he will be charged with double fine and the same thing is repeated his/her license is cancelled. :)

I never broke the traffic rules even before the challan rates were not increased, :laugh:

I was following this rule because of this.. But now I became used to of helmat.. I know it is for safety but to be honest yes I wear it just because of those police man.

I have the habit of tying seat belt when i sit in the car my friends don't like it but let them don't its my safety i should not bother about people. :)
