If a person is less talented, can his hard work cover this defect?

    I think yes , he can cover up this thing from his hard work. But without hard work even talented person can't find out the ways.

    May more effort be required, may take a little more time...yet he can learn it through experiences. Isn't it?

    Hard work can compensate deficiency in talent. There is no substitute for hard work. This may even enhance talent.

    Some people get talent as God gift so by less work they can perform well but it can not achieved easily only by hardwork because talent is talent.
