This is another Shakespearean quote and I would try to give my take on it.

All we work and sleep is the reward for it.It can't be taken for granted. How often do we the faces of poor labourers deep in their sleep - no bed no pillow.This is the idea that might have inspired the Great Bard to utter them. Here the flint is stone, 'resty sloth' are ones who don't work, 'down' is soft! What is your take?

This is Great Bard all the way, yes some one who toils hard can sleep on the rocks without a problem. He doesn't need a pillow or a mattress to have a sound sleep.

Yes....we can't sleep good if we really didn't work that day. Actually we don't deserve a sleep if we don't work
