Questioning what is taught is okay in senior classes at college level. The students should read contrary views on the topics and attempt own opinion. This is more true in subjects like philosophy and Logic. Osho had quarrel with his teacher on this issue in college. The teacher chided osho for arguing too much. Osho retorted that if you can't argue even in a subject like LOGIC, where you can argue. Osho had to leave the college.
