While job-hopping may not be very desirable but regular change with reasons and purposes help one in his or her career especially in the private sector!
why you are giving resignation... do you have any other option more than that??
Its been 3 years in my current company, to get new opportunities in my field, new exposure, i am leaving my current employer. Also, i am getting attractive package at Fiserv.
