I think every point is correct for IT person IT job is very hard to do and i advice better to get other job like manager , marketting etc.

But we have to accept the reality .There are lot of opportunity in this world other than IT field

Yes, I agree with the fact that IT jobs are challenging and it demands a lot out of you but it is also a fact that it is a booming and growing industry at present and it has provided employment to countless candidates and I do find people joining it more than before...!
