The medical studeies are saying that sitting more time causes cancer.This is mostly having the risk of breast cancer and it is more in women.To stay from this we need to do excercise and walk for 5 min for every half an hour.

Continuous sitting can make your backbone curve. It also increases fats and cholestrol in the body. Continuous sleeping and watching TV on sofa for hours is bad.
What Sasikanth has mentioned above is new for me.

Thats right our body can be maintained only if we make the blood flow normal in the body and for this activity of body is required so keep move after certain hours to avoid diseases.

Oh my god, I sit for more hours and hours in a day. This seems that i need to stop it and walk for few minutes. thank you friends

exercise is the best way out of this scenario....do exercise daily and all diseases will be gone...
so we should not sit at one place for more time, we should move here and there. I think by sitting at one place for more time, over nerves will be contracted and some problems will occur

What can i do?
due to my job i need to sit atleast 3 hours continuously. it seems it affect my health. :-(
