I don't think so. It is something else. Do you think it is a time bomb?
what i meant here is the possibility of the walls of dam breaking due to consequent earth quakes that is affecting the area..

the dam at mullaperiyar in kerala is almost 100 years old and no renovation has been done to it..the proposal to build a new dam near to it is in supreme court now as a nearby state filed a case against it...

there are lot of people living in the fear of possible dam breakage...
Idukki and nearby district people are in great worry on this.The recent earth quakes are creating more problems.
