Can Boddunan give us some topics from which we can write quality articles. This is followed by many sites which have their own assignments, sites like Factoidz or Helium. Each day different assignment topics are given and article writers are invited to write on them. This will give boost to the article writing fraternity of Boddunan as well as bring in some really good articles on various subjects.

I agree. There can be article writing competition also. I remember that there was a competition for article on 'arranged marriage versus love marriage'. Such competitions will give us many articles on selected topics from time to time.

That is very good suggestion from Pinakin and Gulshan ji. But the participation will become less as we have seen in the recent competition of Best Article for Diwali.A list of topics can definetely work in long run as people will get idea on popular topics and will also boost the authors for sure.
I am in favor of article writing contest if not on weekly basis at least it could be held on a fortnight or a monthly basis like that of group discussion contests...! At least one group discussion and one article writing contest every month. First two weeks of the month could be reserved for a group discussion contest while the other two weeks for the article writing contest or vice-verse...!
