Why everyone falls sick after arrest is a very significant question. The sickness can be real and also fake. Those involved in criminal activities have guilty mind. Healthy mind lives in a healthy body. naturally, the criminal minded cannot be healthy. They must be suffering from high blood pressure, hypertension etc. This also nature's way of punishment. A straight and honest person seldom suffers from such illness. Moreover, the arrest aggravates the illness. Also, with a view to escape prison, these persons manage to get sickness certificate.

It may be considered that the responsibility of medical treatment of prisoners and detainees is of jail authorities. Here is an advice. If you suffer from a critical disease and do not have enough money for treatment, manage to get arrested by committing some petty crime like slapping a legislator, officer, magistrate.

government doctors are more honest than these private guys.private guys only aims for money, while the government guys have the feel of job security under their minds.
