There appears no provision for attaching documents in articles section. Please go through guideline on articles for this.

there is no chance of attaching any document or anything. what ever you want to share , you should mention that in the article only

if your document is related to project work You can attach file in document section but not in article

i also wanted to know whether power point presentation can be attached here.only if i could attach slides here. but i did not find any provision for it as of now.
