    The is no option for Gold. I don't think you cannot have an alternative for gold. Its unique.
    Just make savings in your bank,if you see that prices of gold goes down,quickly buy it.

    For such people they can purchase 1 gram gold painted ornament which are available for less cost

    Jewellery is really not essential. There is a traditional attachment to god jewellery. It is better we get rid of this. We do not need any substitute for this.

    I don't like Gold.My wife also wears only a few of it.If you and your husband turns so you have nothing to fear in its prize hike.

    Yes, indian are attached with gold from the time of birth till death. Do not know why the craze. There is no surpise that hike in prices of gold is going to effect them in purchasing gold. I think there is no substitute for gold though there are other precious metals like platinum.

    The price of gold is really very high and it is soaring up day by day. To be frank, there is hardly any substitute for gold and nothing could diminish the love of gold from the mind of most of the people...!
