I think the general public should take a guard against this and if anyone found to be destroying or playing the fool with it a joint and collective approach is needed from the public to stop him or her from doing so...!
Friends rules are there but nobody cares for such rules. We need to educate people. Education system in India is lacking behind. Less educated people do such mischief out of anger.
Secondly, the people who are running the business of transportation should have wise knowledge of public dealings. They misbehave with mob who in turn burns and destroys public property.
Both, public and the government officers are guilty.
Then comes the question of imposing law and order. Many a times such incidents have occured due to political reasons. That should be stopped.
We can bring awareness by explaining them how the other countries properties are neat thats why they are developed countries and for everything there is fine over there. when we go there , we feel such a good country with the best properties maintained neatly but when they come here what they think. the public properties are bad itself how the country will be. This spoils our countries reputation
this is a raging topic that needs to be addressed properly.if you destroy a public property,its you who loses.you must understand that it was made from your own money....
