2)High oily and saturated food.
3)High fat foods
4)Food high in sugar.
5)Avoid alchohal.

I agree with most suggestion. But I take beer occasionally. If impotence is the only harm, it does not matter. As long as you are otherwise healthy, feel no pain and disorder and live normally, all is well.

Today this is taking as a part in 50% mens life and what i told above all are using high due to reduce of this may not have impotence.

Yes i was also agree with this thread we must avoid these to take much in our diet but ocassionaly i take it.
Nice suggestion given.We should avoid these to keep ourselves fit and healthy.
