A Class 3 student was set on fire by a Class 4 student at a private residential school in Bihar following a minor quarrel between them.

Who is responsible for this?. The students, teachers, media, parents, society or the environment?

its quite strange . how is this possible . from where he got the material of fire like oil and matchstick . its horrible.

This is really bad. that shows how he is looked after by his parents,how school management is bothering their students, environment - as it is a bihar so such kind of things will be happening as usual in that state, media - media is not at all responsible . its main duty is to get the news so it capture this news.
