Adam and Eve ate apple which was forbidden. The apple was fruit of knowledge. This is called original sin. The apple was fruit of knowledge, as we are told. Is it a sin to get knowledge? why is it considered original sin? This needs discussion.

Nirav. Original sin originates from Old Testament- part of Bible. We are all supposed to be born with sin called original sin. So, I wish to know the nature and cause of this sin.
