Apart from normal food including wheat, rice, vegetables,eggs, meat, fruits and serials I take Spirulina, aloevera, ganoderma and noni capsules. These contain herbal extracts and other vitamins, minerals etc. for health.

I think products like soya beans,ground nuts,pulses have top nutritional value.
Sona Moong Dal/Pulses increases hemoglobin. Soya bean as written by others is good for health. It is rich in protein. Consumption of lots of fruits is of great advantage. Take chlorophyll in the form of spinach,etc. Eat lots of vegetables. Animal protein becomes compulsory in cold countries, and so on.
Tofu, green leafy vegetables an vegetable soups have good nutritional value. This is from my personal experience.
