    Helping for return is no help. This will be transaction. I do not help for expectation. However, if you are not helped by others when you need, you will feel bad particularly if you are helpful to them.

    EXPECTING THINGS FROM THE PERSON WHOM WE HELPED IS REALLY FOOLISH AND BAD ON OUR PART. WE SHOULD NEVER EXPECT THINGS FROM OTHER PERSON WHOM WE HELPED.I NEVER GET SUCH THOUGHT. IF I GET ALSO , I WILL STOP MY SELF TO THINK SUCH THINGS.

    yeah sometimes it happens to me when i think there should be benefit for me also, it makes me little bit selfish but i try to remove my this type of thinking a lot.
