    According to my opinion,LCD is a good monitor as it reduces stress of eyes while watching.

    I think Lcd monitors are best when it comes about protecting your eyes and of course don't forget to go for the right settings by reducing the brightness and increasing the contrast of your screen. I personally use an anti-glare screen to protect my eyes while using my computer...It helps!!!

    Whatever brand you use, fix an anti reflection glass over it, so that your eyes would be protected from the bright light coming from the monitor.

    i think LED TV are safe to use than LCD where the display easily gets damaged.
