MANY AD ON VARIUS TV CHANNEL IS NOT FOR CHILDREN, BUT WE ARE FORCED TO SEE THOSE WITH ALLIGETHER. THIS IS A SIGHT POLLUTION I THINK.WILL NOT THIS BE STOPPED LEGALLY OR SOME RULES MAY BE ADOPTED AGAINST THIS BY GOVT?

you are right , no one alone cannot take the action. but if people in group they form and demand to remove such ads in the channel then there may be a possibility.
Many ads are vulgar. Such ads are also removed from time to time. There is law against inappropriate ads but there is difference of perception between individuals. The same ad may be considered appropriate by one and inappropriate by another.
It is not possible to avoid such ads totally. You will see them everywhere- even on roads.

But some of the ads should removed by censor people. for example that perfume ad. It is really bad. The media had brought this topic into discussion then also channel which are giving such advertisements in their channel did took any action . See here censor board people are not working sincerely
