What is the first aid given to patient in case of emergency (accidents, etc)?

It all depends on the severity of the injury sustained by the victim!

If the patient is bleeding cover or press the wound tightly to stop bleeding.

First aid is given to the patients only if it is minor.If its a major,they should be taken to hospital.

Yes I agree with Chinmoy that it depends upon the level of injury and in case of major injury the patients should be taken to the medical care as soon as possible!!!

I think different patients are treated differently depending on their need.A person who meets with an accident is treated differently than one who suffers a heart attack.

the injuries of patient should be covered with bandages . and then he should be taken to hospital in case of huge injuries

The first aid to be given depends on the accident that occured.

We can do some of the things like asking the patient if he is ok or what kind of problem he or she is having. Next we have to be with the patient and have him or her sit or lie down as the situation demands and finally we should call a medical help or go to a hospital....
