Stress can easily avoided by doing meditation regularly and simply watching comedy channels in TV....

I don't think it would be ever possible to avoid stress rooted in modern living but its management is quite possible!

Removing stress by Yoga does not differ from Alcoholic use. Meditation and alcohol just divert your mind and you forger the problem. There is only one way to remove stress and that is to remove the cause of stress. Meditation is nothing but escapism.

Modern life is full of stress and we should do meditation if it pleases us or we can do something constructive which pleases us. Stay away from unnecessarily thoughts and give a chance to yourself and your life to live again from the scratch leaving behind your worries about life...
