Yes i agree with this the justice should be made in right time otherwise its totally waste of time and money.....

yes if the crime is not finished at the right moment then there is no benefit of removing it later on.

That's exactly what is plaguing our judicial system in India and to a great extent eroding the popular faith in it!

Justice delayed is justice denied- This is an old maxim. This is very true. Some reasonable time is definitely required by courts. But too much delay definitely defeats the purpose of delivering justice. Suppose that some one murdered a person and sentenced for life imprisonment or death after thirty years when he is already in death bed. Here the judgment means nothing.
