If a trust or some other organization runs that temple then it is difficult to say that the property goes to Government. Otherwise,it can be treated as government property.

I think it when we get a treasure it should be forfeited to government account.

I believe that whatever is not disclosed and tax evaded is liable to confiscation and should be Government property. The hidden treasures are unclaimed and hence belong to Government.

no hidden treasure of temple should be used as to help the needy people as our government do not help the needy persons soon. so we should take initiatives first.
